About the Middle School Language Arts Position

Project: Pag-asa seeks middle school Language Arts, World History, and Bible teacher to sensitively instruct and mentor students. Our flexible focus remains on reading comprehension of non-fiction texts with an option to integrate World History and Bible. Two sections of 4-5 students, ages 12-15, require nurture and discipleship.

Transcending trauma with sensitive education, Project: Pag-asa (Tagalog for hope) incorporates Christ’s redemptive love, trauma-awareness, positive attachment, and self-regulation tools into the daily classroom to restore potential among young Filipino orphans and survivors of abuse and neglect. Our 40+ students come from five partner children’s homes. Join us and work alongside trained Filipino teachers to reclaim and transform vulnerable children for God’s glory.
